Mr. Markens Avril is a lawyer specialized in criminal and civil law. He gained solid experience by working in the legal department of NATCOM. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Avril studied Anthropology and Sociology at the Ethnology Faculty and Law at Gonaives Legal and Science School (EDSEG) of the Haiti State University Haiti (UEH). He is currently registered with the Port-au-Prince Bar. He speaks Creole, French and English.
