During a hearing held this morning at the US Federal Court, United States District Court in Miami, Florida, Judge Darrin P. Gayles rejected all arguments of the lawyers of Parnell Duverger, the website owner Omega World News . The latter, former economics professor in Florida, was convicted of defamation by Judge Gayles in a judgment after publishing an article accusing Attorney Salim Succar of being an arms dealer for the former Haitian Prime Minister Laurent Salvador Lamothe.
