Carole Seide was born on August 7, 1972, in Port-au-Prince. From 2002 to 2008, she worked as a French and general knowledge teacher at Collège Rony Durand. Following this, she interned at the Martial Célestin firm from 2008 to 2010. In 2013-2014, she served as a legal assistant at the Barreau de Port-au-Prince. Additionally, she was the director of the Institut Social d’Auxiliaire Infirmière (ISAI) from 1999 to 2020 and the general director of the Jeune Barreau de Port-au-Prince in 2014-2015. In 2017, she served as a judge at the Bureau du Contentieux Electoral Communal (BCED) and worked as a consultant at the Cabinet du Ministre Patrix Sévère from 2020 to 2021. Since 2020, she has been the president of Club Thémis She is also an International Toastmaster.
In terms of education, she earned a degree in nursing sciences from ISAI between 1993 and 1996, and a law degree between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, she received training as a trainer on the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights and the Universal Periodic Review. In 2013, she studied political science at INAGHEI.
