Herve Julien is a lawyer at the Port-au-Prince Bar and former Chief Inspector General of the Haitian National Police. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and economics from the State University of Haiti (UEH). In addition to this, he obtained a master’s degree in development sciences from the State Univeristy. He specializes in criminal law. He speaks French and Creole.
